This is a quick meal, perfect for those days when you cant be bothered to cook but are craving for some hot food (and its cheaper than a Chinese takeaway). Yes it can be made in under 15 minuets #realfastfood, and serves up to 4 people (or you can refrigerate it for up to 4 days)
2 green onions, 1 pack of thin beef steak, 1 notch of ginger (size of the end of your thumb), 1 garlic clove, sesame oil, olive oil, Chinese five spice, bell peppers, lemongrass, green beans, soya sauce, sea salt.
Prep all food as instructed in video. Mix the lemongrass, ginger, salt, soya sauce, and garlic in with the beef. Put the noodles on (they take 4 mins to cook). Put some olive oil into the boiling pan of noodles and chuck the veggies into the frying pan/wok with olive oil. shake it up or use a spatula to mix it in.after 1 min chuck the meat in. Brown most of it off then top it with sesame oil. Cook for 30 more secs drain the noodles and add it to the frying pan/wok (first give the noodles a stir to make sure they haven’t stuck to each other). Mix it in for a further 30 secs and it is ready to plate up or be kept in the fridge.
Tips: Yes you can store and re heat it in the microwave or pan even if you have cold left over noodles. (add 3tbs of hot water so the noodles don’t get sticky).
